This Homestead style house was built in 1880 by Dr. Collins.  Of special interest is the original bowed roof, constructed just to prove it could be done.

            Dr. Robert E. Brown purchased the home in 1917, but made no changes to the structure.  Ed and Virginia Massey acquired it in 1948.
