This Folk-Victorian
home was built circa 1908. This style is characterized by
simplicity of form with decorative treatment confined to the
front porch. The porch is in the Eastlake style. The formal wide
hallway displays columns with dentil work along the cornice.
Wooden pocket doors lead into the formal areas.
Don and Patty Jo
McFarland began its restoration in 1991 with their acquisition.
It is now owned by Mancil and Janice Walden.
