This home was originally constructed in the Agrarian Farmhouse style by John Samuel Jones in 1886. Mrs. Mildred Lee acquired it one hundred years later in 1986, and began major changes to create a low maintenance home complete with all of today’s standard comforts.

            The transformation is amazing. For fifty years prior to Mrs. Lee’s acquisition, this home had been rental property and was in a terrible state of disrepair. Among her visionary changes are the charming guest quarters, with dormer windows.
