Marlin-Bennett-Tringali

629 Lee Street, SE

This (Southern) Colonial Revival style home was built in 1910 by Richard Roscoe Marlin. Four massive, two-story columns dominate the front, along with fourteen one- story columns. All are topped with Roman-Corinthian style capitals. Structurally the home is close to the original design. All nine fireplaces are original, as well as the sliding window screens and transoms.

Bob and Phyllis Bennett acquired the home and began their restoration project in 1989. Major and Mrs. Arthur Tringali purchased the home in 2002.
