This Queen Anne home
was built circa 1893. This is a picturesque example of the style
with its arched entrance and balcony, its 45°
corners, and gabled roof. The home remained unchanged until the
1930’s when a series of space enhancements began. Porches were
converted into living space.
Truitt and Susan
Martin acquired this home through an estate auction in 1976.
They have modernized the interior making it more livable and
comfortable. Antique materials were used whenever appropriate
and practical.
