This Colonial Revival style
home was built in 1902 by Andrew Jackson Baldwin. In 1988 Don
and Pat Miller began their ten-year plan to restore this home to
it original state.
The home is based upon an award
winning design by a Mercer University architect. The design
features a foursquare floor plan, huge parlors, open halls, and
large porches.
Gail Bell purchased the house
in 2003 repairing the roof and other damaged area. The house was
purchased by Luqumann and Alice Nasrullah in 2004 and the have
continued restoration
