Lowery-Chapman-Ober-Reynolds

399 Seventh Avenue, NE

The Queen Anne style home was built before 1900. The exterior is characteristic of the style with a turret, complex roof- line, decorative shingles, turned decorative pieces, and stained glass windows. The interior is equally characteristic of the style with mantels on the thirteen fireplaces and the fine woodwork in the wainscoting and flooring.

In 1977 Russell and Brenda Ober acquired this home and began restoration. Steve and Nicki Reynolds have continued the restoration and upgrading.
